We’re very excited to introduce to you, Ni’ia Jones! 🥳

With the addition of Ni’ia to our team, it brings Physiotherapy services to our offerings!

Ni’ia studied in Otago, New Zealand, and has had extensive experience in clinics across New Zealand, the UK and Australia.

Ni’ia has a particular interest in lower limb injuries, hip and knee osteoarthritis, running related injuries, pre- and post-natal rehab, and loves using strength and conditioning as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

At S.P.I.N. Health & Fitness, we're smashing out 3,249 push-ups this month as part of The Push-Up Challenge to push for better mental health in Australia.

This number represents the 3,249 people who died by su***de in Australia in 2022 (the most recent available data).

We're taking on the Challenge because we want to do something about this number, and we're hoping you can help by donating to our fundraising page.

Funds raised will go to The Push For Better Foundation to support much-needed mental health services and initiatives in Australia.

SO EXCITED to have re-opened our doors at Shop 2, 240 McKinnon Rd, McKinnon!! 🥳

3 months of chaos, 2 shops as a blank canvas, and 1 huge achievement by a couple of country gals!

Mammoth effort by our trades to turn our dream into reality. An extra special thank you to Dave & Liz Perrin (+ Mia!) for your unwavering support, guidance, and next-level quality of work 🙌

Swipe ⬅️ for one of our favourite programs!

• Exercises are grouped in pairs.
• Complete 30 seconds of each exercise in the pair, alternating for 3 rounds (3mins total).
• 30-60 seconds rest between pairs.
• 2min rest at the half way mark.
• Finisher = Max plank!

* if you don't have weights/step available, there is an alternate exercise written 👌
