McLaren Vale Podiatry has an opening for a casual receptionist with an immediate start. Required days are Wednesday mornings and all day Friday with the option of some Tuesdays. The position includes (but not limited to) billing, booking appointments and sterilising. Experience beneficial but not essential.

Please welcome local Podiatrist Nevenka Nesbitt to McLaren Vale Podiatry!
Nevenka is experienced in the use of dry needling, cupping, nail bracing and surgery, as well as general foot care, musculoskeletal and manual therapy of the lower limbs, orthotic therapy, sports injuries, diabetic foot assessments and custom orthotics.

PODIATRIST: RACHEL BUCHANAN
Rachel Buchanan completed a Bachelor of Podiatry degree through Uni SA in 2020.
With experience in both private practice and residential aged care settings, she places high importance in getting to know patients and providing tailored foot care with an empathetic approach.
Rachel is passionate about helping people manage various foot and ankle conditions, and has a special interest in
-diabetes foot health
-wart treatment
-footwear education and advice
-routine nail and skin care.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys staying active through running and cycling, exploring restaurants, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie Howard,
Steph is an enthusiastic Podiatrist who strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her patients. Her management involves taking a thorough medical and clinical history, in conjunction with a detailed assessment to make an accurate diagnosis. She takes into consideration all aspects of a patient’s situation and combines it with her assessment to create a treatment plan that is individualised and thoughtful.
Steph has a wide range of experience and skills and can help you with:
– General Podiatry (including nail and skin care)
– Sports Podiatry
– Biomechanical Assessment
– Ingrown Toenail Treatment
– Footwear assessments
– Dry Needling

Steph is passionate about health and wellness and when not at work loves running and experimenting in the kitchen.

Julie Tunbridge qualified as a Podiatrist from UniSA in 1988 and has also completed further studies achieving a Master of Health Science in Podiatry.

She has relocated to the local area after working on the Eyre Peninsula for 20 years for Country Health.

Julie has experience in all aspects of Podiatry. Her special interests include children’s feet, diabetic foot conditions and rheumatoid arthritis. She enjoys providing routine foot care to all ages of the community.

Julie also works for UniSA supervising Podiatry students on Broken Hill clinical trips.

Outside of work Julie enjoys spending time with family, walking her dog and textile crafts.

Casual reception work available, would suit a student or someone who needs a few extra hours as a second job.
Alternate Wednesday mornings and some Monday afternoons. Cover for holidays in October too.
Must be reliable, preferably have own transport and referrals. Knowledge in the medical/reception field helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.
