Thank you to everyone who came past yesterday and said hello, who purchased my beautiful products for either themselves or a thoughtful gift and my neighbouring stall holder for the day sharing in the sunshine and good vibes 🫶.

Such a great day watching kids excitedly pick their goodies and meeting people from near and far. A shoutout to my youngest son for coming along for the ride, being my stall buddy and keeping us fed and hydrated… with a coffee run thrown in the mix too. Happy heart 💓 and gratitude.

Last nights beautiful surrounds, so grateful to call this our back yard.

Don’t forget to take time to do the things that make your heart happy and soul sing. Listen to your body and fuel it with what it needs. It’s ok to pause and reset as many times as you need. Honouring what aligns with you authentically, wholeheartedly and with integrity to be “You” with out fear of judgement is one of the most courageous things you can do. 🙏💞

A fabulous local business in need of support from the community. My local stop when living at my old house for a great coffee, lovely food (banana bread was the bomb and my go to) and always such friendly service with a smile. With kids back at school I’ve been taken on a drive to some towns I’ve never been before. In our travels we came across this little gem and everyone that knows me knows I love a good coffee!

If you are in Owen you need to make a stop and see Kelsey at Steamy Beanz for a coffee and other goodies to purchase. Why not head across the road to Owen Distillers while you are at it for one of their vodka’s or other lovely creations.
