Movement and stability go hand in hand. At McLaren Vale Chiropractic Centre, here are three exercises we recommend to help build steadiness, hip mobility, and body control:

1️⃣ Around the World – Standing tall, sit gently into a single-leg squat while your free leg taps out like the points of a clock face (12 positions). This strengthens the hips and improves coordination.

2️⃣ Hip Mobility Transition – Begin seated with knees bent at 90°. Lift your hips up, then rotate both knees together across to the other side before lowering back down. This supports smooth hip movement and flexibility.

3️⃣ Single Foot Balance – Stand tall on one leg, core engaged, posture upright. Hold for 15–20 seconds each side to strengthen stability.

These simple movements can fit easily into your daily routine, helping your body stay strong, balanced, and moving well. 💪
