Hi everyone. Over the coming months we will be launching a range of short wellness-related courses which we will be running in McLaren Vale. Topics include Tai Chi, Chi Gung, Meditation, Somatic Awareness and breathwork.
We believe that taking responsibility for our own health, not only our physical health, but also our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, is one of the most important and powerful things we can do in our lives, and these courses are designed to support you all in doing just that.
