How to live life naturally with vitality
Gut Healing Julia has been helping people with Remedial Massage since 2003.

Her inquisitive nature led her into studying Naturopathy, so she could help people more and further her knowledge on how to do this. I specialise in Gut Health and have a passion for quality of life, vitality and bringing the body into its own equilibrium. I know we can achieve this with good diet, exercise, fresh air, good family and friends, sunshine and nurturing the spirit. Sometimes we just need some support to stay on track.

Why is it that when we get sick, we forget about tried and tested home remedies that work extremely well and don't cost alot of money? Like Eucalyptus inhalations to clear our lungs and sinuses. Salt water flushes to clear sinuses so they don't get infected. A drop of garlic oil to free up blocked or sore ears. Here I have crushed garlic in a tea bag with a little olive oil. You put a drop into a sore ear, morning and night and it will clear any bugs in there. The tea bag is to stop the fibres of the garlic entering your ear, as you only want the juice. I have strained this through a tissue before also.

Here's a rainbow of colour and simple lunch: Home-grown Roasted Pumpkin, Parsnip, Garlic, Carrot and Celery Soup, garnished with Pepitas which are high in Magnesium, served with a picking plate of Mandarin, Beetroot, Leftover cooked Eggplant and Asparagus and Artichoke for pre-biotics. I'd say this would serve your gut very well for fibre and the amount of polyphenols and nutrients to give you good energy for the afternoon.

I got a sneaky new veg in tonight - TURNIP! That's the good thing about a stew - is adding in lots of veg for flavour and nutrients. This has Onion, Garlic, Turnip, Carrot, White mushroom, Sh*take mushroom, Fennel seeds, Carraway seeds and Grass Fed Beef with steamed broccolini and Garlic Mash. Yes, loading up on the garlic to kill off some viruses hanging around.. and it makes your skin GLOW, and it thins the blood and its good for just about everything.

Great weather to be Educated on soil health, diversity and natural indigenous practices to improve our crops. Nomad Farms and Inkwell Wines hosted us today, sharing a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. Oh how I can improve to my garden, vineyard and practice. Its all about Diversity, so eat a variety of different species of plants regularly. Think about adding in herbs to vary it as well. This helps your Fungi, Phylum and Microbes in your Gut to work well together, to foster a healthier, happier environment.
