DARWIN ADVENTURERS BEGIN🙌

Feeling super blessed to be in Darwin visiting my 9th Young Living Farm, gosh I had never even thought of traveling before Young Living. In the last 12 years I’ve traveled to France, Spain, Hawaii, Sri Lanka, Fiji, Utah, Idaho, Highland Flats, now Darwin to our Blue Cypress farm.

I’ve had the most incredible adventures, met forever friends, worked with the Young Living foundation https://www.younglivingfoundation.org/
filling my heart with joy 💕

Very early on exploring Young Living after falling in love with the incredible benefits of Essential Oils, I did a deep dive into their sustainability, quality, philanthropy & ethos. After meeting Gary & Mary Young the founders, it all made sense !

After spending lots of time visiting the farms, meeting the family’s, there’s one thing that always stands out. How happy & grateful the people are that run & work on the farms.

One thing that people mention when they open a bottle of our essential oils, is a feeling they can’t put into words. Not only an amazing aroma, but an underlying frequency or energy & I truly believe it’s the magic of nature mixed with all the love & intention of our seed to seal process.

Which is what we all need now right🙌💕

Well I’m off to visit a man about a Croc 🐊🤣 Stay tuned for Darwin adventures!

Many years ago I went to France to visit our Young Living Lavender Farm ! It’s where I fell in love with the Art of distillation & Young Livings Seed to Seal process!

Young Living’s Seed to Seal process is a rigorous quality assurance system that ensures each essential oil is pure, authentic, and of the highest quality. It involves controlling every step from seed planting, cultivation, and harvest to distillation and testing. Since then I have visited Young Livings farms all over the world & one thing that always stands out to me is the people who run the farms ! They are so happy, they love their work. Every farm I’ve been to , I’ve not only had the opportunity to learn more about each plant but how intricate the process is.

Being a part of & experiencing this process brings such a deep appreciation for each bottle of essential oil I use. The way these essential oils are grown & processed, literally gives us mother natures pure essence in a bottle !

Our planet is changing & so is our environment around us, the way these essential oils are grown (no cloning) allows the plants to adapt & grow strong to give us what we need to grow & stay strong to 🙌

FOREVER CHEMICALS 🫣

I’ve been sharing this for many years ! I was born sensitive & Scented candles, synthetic perfumes, deodorants ect have always been a huge health trigger for me. After having a brain injury it became even more extreme.

Sharing our Essential oils & Low Tox products comes from a passion , to show people there’s a better way ! A healthier alternative to all the hidden chemicals that are in most everyday items.

I was listening to Jane Goodall’s last words before she died (Netflix) & her parting words were, let’s work together , share & make a difference while we can.

Together we can make a difference, even if it’s changing the forever chemicals (cleaners, synthetic perfumes, laundry liquids, deodorants ect) in your own home , you are helping the environment & your children & pets for the future.

So when you see my posts know that there’s a deeper passion, a mission, to do what I can in this life to help others live happier & healthier lives 💕

There’s also some other doco’s that are good like STINK, Toxic Beauty, The human experiment, Everywhere & Forever.

Now is not the time to put our blinkers on , it’s time to wake up & take action & this action starts within.

This month we have been giving 10% of our favorite essential oils & products to help people choose healthier alternatives for cleaning, personal care, daily wellness needs.

It’s never been easier to learn ways to create a healthier home for you & your family & how to make simple diy recipes to reach for when you need them most 💕

Heres a few of our favorite diy recipe’s that you can make at home 🏡

Seasonal Support Spritz🌸
50ml glass Spray bottle
One drop of lavender, lemon, peppermint, topped up with pure water. Shake & spritz onto tongue.

Immune /energy Boost smoothie🍌
1 glass of coconut water
1 banana & 1 sachet of Ningxia Red
Mix in blender & enjoy.

SleepWell diffuser recipe 🪻
(Diffuser comes free with kit)
2 drops of Lavender & Orange
Top up with water & diffuse at bedtime.

Nannas Chest Rub 🌱
50ml glass jar
3 tbs Melted coconut oil
1 tbs castor oil
10 drops of RC essential oil blend
7 drops of peppermint EO
5 drops of Lemon EO
Mix & store in fridge
Apply a small amount to chest & feet

Anxiousness Support Roller💫
10ml glass roller bottle
5 drops of Frankincense EO
5 drops of Valor blend EO
5 drops of Lavender EO
Add essential oils & too up with carrier oil like YL v6.

House Hold Cleaner 🌿
1 500ml spray bottle
1 cap of Thieves house hold cleaner
Top up with pure water & shake.
Cleans bathrooms , kitchen, floors, windows, dog bowls, ovens, cars ect.

Puppy Calmer spray 🐶
50ml glass spray bottle
2 drops of Lavender
2 drops of peace & calming blend
Top up with pure water, shake & spritz room, dog bedding, blanket ect.

Back to school Confidence roller 💕
10ml glass roller bottle
5 drops of Peace & Calming blend
5 drops of Valor blend
2 drops of frankincense
Top up with carrier oil.
Roll onto hands & apply through childs hair or wrist.

Happy Horse hoof spray 🐴
500ml stainless spray bottle
1/2 cap Thieves cleaner
10 drops of RC essential oil blend
10 drops of Thieves oil
Top up with water, shake & sprits clean hoof.

Mindfulness roller bottle 💫
10ml roller bottle
10 drops of frankincense
10 drops of orange EO
10 drops of Valor blend
Top up with carrier oil like V6
This is a wonderful roller for yoga, meditation, goal setting & intentions.

Muscle & Joint balm 💪
50ml glass jar
4 tbls coconut oil (melted)
1 tbs castor oil
15 drops of Panaway blend
10 drops of Lavender EO
10 drops of frankincense EO
10 drops of Peppermint
Mix and apply to muscles & joints
