I get asked a lot what I actually do for my own skin and honestly, it’s pretty simple 💛

I keep it consistent
I listen to what my skin needs
And I don’t overdo it

Some days it’s a full routine other days it’s just cleanser, serum, moisturiser and done!

& I don’t just do the treatments at Skin Envy - I get them too 💆‍♀️

My go tos lately:
💧 Hydrafacial when my skin feels dry or tight
🌿 Enzyme therapy to support my barrier and glow
⚡️ Skin needling when I want that real boost

Treating your skin isn’t about doing everything; it’s about knowing what it needs, when it needs it.
