Missed appointments affect both your doctor and other patients waiting for care.

If you do not attend your appointment, a DNA (Did Not Attend) fee will apply:

Standard appointment: $60
Long appointment: $100

To avoid this fee, please call at least 2 hours before your appointment if you’re unable to attend.

⚠️ Outstanding DNA fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
Please note: Medicare does not cover missed appointment fees.

Our Services:  Immunisations and health assessments including child and travel vaccinations and flu vaccinations  Skin cancer checks & skin cancer surgeries  Home Visits/Aged Care Visits (Upon Doctors Discretion)  Pre-employment medical examinations  Driver’s license medicals  Chronic disease management & team care plans  Allergy and asthma management  Aged care  Western Diagnostic On-site pathology collection centre  Women’s health  Contraception and family planning. Including Implanon insertion/removals  Sexual health checks  Antenatal and post natal care  Men’s health including:  General check-ups  Prostate checks  Treatment and management of any sexual, psychological or physical conditions All of the above services are bulk-billed, with the exception of Driving Medical, please note excisions may incur added costs for dressings.
