As most children are back at school this week, we thought it was a timely reminder to keep your students health on track by:
- Checking the size of their backpack and making sure it is being worn correctly;
- Re-iterate the importance of exercise and getting outdoors often;
- Ensuring correct posture when sitting at desks or using devices;
- Keeping a healthy nutritional balance .
