Can't get to the Integrated Veterinary Therapeutics Functional Posture Clinic? Or you're going to the clinic but just can't get enough? 🙋‍♀️

Raquel has kindly offered to share an evening educating the SA horsey public on the horse's neck and ECVM through a functional posture lens!

Horse people often fixate on the appearance of the ridden horse's neck, but rarely wonder what's going on inside - in fact, it's often one of the last places people think to look for problems!

Explore the hidden world of the horse's neck and all of the things you never realised could be happening in there, including the hot topic of ECVM, from the perspective of a veterinarian, bodyworker and dissectionist!

Raquel will weave functional posture into her presentation, helping attendees understand the impact of whole-body posture on the neck, and vice-versa.

Confidence holds so many people back from developing a tactile relationship with their horse's body. Totally understandable! But everybody can groom ❤ Grooming intentionally over the horse's body while paying attention to their energy and reactions is amazing for trust, proprioception, monitoring, circulation, and so much more. When we transform grooming from a mindless chore to a defined activity, guess what...you're doing bodywork ❤

Current availability from Monday 11 August, please get in touch if you need your pony seen before the springtime rush kicks off, I'll be a headless chook with clinics/courses/interstate travel between late August and mid-September and spaces are already getting squeezy.

Also just a note that if you suspect you need to cancel or reschedule especially with the weather right now, a minimum 24 hours notice is always appreciated, I can fill spots but the sooner to the time it is the trickier it gets!

Thank you to everyone who has been mindful of informing me/keeping distances with the many viruses going around, I'm on immunotherapy/single-income household/no sick pay so your care has been noted and very appreciated by myself and especially Crunchie & Co, who I still personally think need to go get jobs but try telling them that 🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜
