Today we raise awareness of osteoporosis – a condition that weakens bones and increases the risk of fractures.

Maintaining strong, healthy bones is important at every stage of life. Simple steps can make a big difference:
✔ Eat a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D
✔ Stay active with weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises
✔ Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol
✔ Speak to your GP about bone health checks, especially if you’re over 50 or have risk factors

💜 Cervical Screening Could Save Your Life 💜

Each year, around 800 women in Australia are diagnosed with cervical cancer — and about 70% of these cases occur in women who have never been screened or aren’t up to date with their screening.

If you’re between 25 and 74 years old and haven’t had a cervical screening test in the past 5 years, you may be eligible for screening.
