Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction that needs urgent treatment.

⚠️ Watch for symptoms such as:
• Difficulty breathing or wheezing
• Swelling of the lips, tongue or throat
• Hives, redness or itching
• Dizziness or collapse
• Nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain

🩺 What to do:
✔️ Use an EpiPen immediately if available
✔️ Call 000 straight away
✔️ Lie the person flat (do not stand)

💡 If you or your child have known allergies, regular reviews and an up-to-date action plan are essential.
