But many of our residents are keen gardeners and really enjoy spending time creating and maintaining their little patch of green. To celebrate this we held our inaugural Blueys Garden award and Bill and Colleen were delighted to win against some fantastic competition from the 6 finalists. Congratulations Bill and Colleen on your new garden haven and a well deserved win! 🏆

Can’t believe it - this is our last ever house slab being poured at Blueheath! From our first homes starting in July 2020 to now - we have worked with Patterson Building Group and dozens of local contractors to create a truly amazing community. We are thrilled to see our last homes being built! Sunny days on site at Blueheath mean Stage 7 construction is progressing well! The homesites and streetscapes are really starting to come to life. 👏👏👏

Winners are grinners! Another great Melbourne Cup event at Blueheath. Even if you didn’t pick the right horse, the chicken, salads and chocolate dipped strawberries sponsored by Principle Living and prepared by our wonderful ‘resident chefs’ went down an absolute treat.
