I was looking through my beauty jar. Its a plain jar, but I call it my beauty jar because when I need reminding its there. I had written myself a letter 2 years ago now and It had 3 questions in it.

1. What is your wish for the Earth.
2. What is your wish for your family and friends
3. What is your wish for you.
These 3 questions have become more important to us this year so I am encouraging you to wake up and ask yourself these 3 questions. Dont get too overwhelmed in the answers, but put the positivity that it brings like a blanket around your body and hold it. give it a go and if you wish you can share.
