Better late than never... Thank you to the 114 parkrunners and parkwalkers who did not let the unpredictable weather put them off Newport Lakes parkrun yesterday morning, we ended up being pretty lucky with sunshine for the whole run (with the rain holding off until after pack-up, phew!). We were also excited to welcome Gellibrand Cricket Club juniors to run with us!

Quick reminder about tokens: #29 has gone on a holiday, if you happened to accidentally take it home please get in touch with us to return it ASAP!

Thanks everyone who heeded the call for volunteers for upcoming parkruns, we still need a Timekeeper for next weekend Sept 27th, get in touch if you can help! Remember without volunteers = no parkrun 😭

13th September 2025

This week 116 people ran, jogged and walked the course whom 14 were first timers and 19 recorded new Personel Bests. Repersentives of 19 different clubs took part.

This event was made possible by 11 Volunteers.
