I established Grow Psychotherapy to support people experiencing personal, relational or life challenges. With a gentle, person-centered approach, I can help you live a more authentic, fulfilled, and empowered life. I draw on a range of humanistic psychotherapies in my practice, including: Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focusing Oriented Therapy, and Interpersonal

Psychotherapy. I am trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and strengths-based in my work and look forward to working with you, if you choose to start your therapy journey with me.

❤️ Farewell for now! As mentioned before, I'll be taking a break from client work for the rest of 2024 whilst I birth my babies, adjust to life back in England, and re-connect with my roots.

😀 Grow Psychotherapy socials/website will be offline for a while, too, but I look forward to re-connecting in 2025.

🌳 So....Grow Psychotherapy will be re-locating to the UK from March 2024. Books are now closed for client sessions.

🤰 I (Belinda) am pregnant with twins and will be on maternity leave for the remainder of the year but will be re-opening to UK-based clients later in 2025.

❤️ A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful clients I've had the honour of working with since establishing Grow Psychotherapy in July 2023.

🙌 I truly believe we grow together in the container of the client-therapist relationship. I've definitely experienced this in many profound ways and am ever-grateful for the opportunity to work with you as your chosen therapist.
