Disability Support Worker – San Remo, Victoria

Experience Life is a dedicated not-for-profit organisation committed to empowering individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to support our male client based in San Remo, Victoria. Applicants from surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

📅 Shifts Available
• Day shifts: Monday – Sunday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Inactive overnights: 5:00pm – 10:00pm, sleepover then 6:00am – 9:00am the following day.

You must be willing to join our team directly through Experience Life.

✔️ Your role will include:
• Providing personal care
• Assisting with meal preparation and cooking
• Performing domestic tasks
• Supporting community access and participation
• Building a positive, trusting relationship with our client
• Engaging in fun and energetic activities, including 1km walks
• Participating in creative activities such as arts, crafts, painting and music.

✔️ What you need:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• A warm, positive attitude with genuine empathy
• Commitment to learning and long-term engagement
• Experience supporting clients with behaviours of concern and implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
