The aim was to reduce inflammation near the balls of the feet by creating space between physiological structures such a blood and lymph vessels.

The client was happy with the reduced pain felt within days.

It all started with Sara Gestier (my myo),

A good friend, suggested I see Sara when I was suffering from chronic upper back pain, neck tension and headaches.

Relief came after the first treatment (which also happened to be my first Remedial experience). Previously I would scoff at the need for a remedial treatment when I could get a short neck and shoulders from the local massage shopping centre chain. Needless to say, these massages would not fix my pain.

So thank you Myo Body Soul with Sara Gestier for showing me what a good therapist can do.
