For the past 5 years, Complete Disability & Aged Care has been supporting NDIS participants and families across Victoria and Australia. We genuinely love the work we do and feel privileged to walk alongside individuals and families navigating the NDIS.
We provide Support Coordination (Levels 2, 3 & Specialist) and support children, adolescents, and adults, especially when cases are complex or the system feels overwhelming.
Families navigating Early Childhood Intervention are supported closely by our team. Senior Specialist Support Coordinator, Hafsa Mohamed, will step in as Key Worker to provide consistent guidance, coordination, and reassurance throughout what can often feel like an overwhelming stage.
Our approach is simple: listen first, understand your goals, and work step by step to ensure the right supports are in place and truly working.
