Here’s a friendly reminder that no one knows your body better than you!
Our bodies are super intelligent.
They intuitively know best…we just need to remember to slow down and listen!
So when it comes to what is best for your health and nutrition, please don’t automatically believe the ‘sage advice’ of a Tik Tok influencer, a diet or weight loss App, a celebrity… or anyone who doesn’t know anything about you or understand what is best for YOUR body.
If you are looking for some nutrition and food/eating behaviour support, it’s always recommended to work with a ‘qualified’ nutritionist or dietitian or a nutritionally trained doctor who believes in working in partnership with YOU - what is best for your body, your life and lifestyle.
✨With this knowledge, I hope to use this platform for general nutrition education and tips on how to take better care of our body through simple and sustainable dietary and lifestyle habits. I also hope to help people heal their relationship with their food and body. 💕
