We are thrilled to announce that OneToAnother has again achieved recognition at the recent Ageing Asia Eldercare Innovation Awards held in Singapore. Competing against over 350 organisations from across the Asia Pacific region, OneToAnother was honored as a finalist in three categories:

Facility of the Year - Senior Living for The Granton

Great to see OneToAnother's General Manager, Nolan Stevens, teeing off at the Portsea Pro-Am over the weekend. Despite the sweltering 38-degree heat, Nolan and his son Charlie swapped the beach for the golf course and did us proud! OTA were delighted to sponsor the 17th hole. Thanks to Cam Guthrie of Geelong Football Club and Pro Josh Clarke for a great day's play!

View the latest timelapse footage at The Trentham Sandringham! Following the topping out of the main residential building in October, works have continued at a rapid pace. Glass installation has occurred throughout the building and scaffolding will come down early next year which will reveal the building facade.

Tips for staying active for extended independence.

The team recently met with physio Hudson Trytell to learn about his role in helping residents improve and maintain their health and wellbeing. Here are some of his top tips for staying active to maintain independence.

1. Exercise adherence - find any safe exercise that you can do day to day.
2. Exercise with a friend - makes it more enjoyable and assists with keeping you accountable!
3. Get moving - change position frequently (at least every 20 minutes).
4. Drink more water! At least 1.5 litres a day.
