And when it comes to balance training? There’s currently no national data, but participation is predicted to be very low.

So, what should we be aiming for?
✅ 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week

💪 Strength training on 2 or more days

🧘‍♂️ Balance + functional training on 3+ days for fall prevention
