But when we are provided with a safe space to share our story, one that is free of judgement, we can finally begin to feel a sense of relief when we unburden our shame, and slowly move towards healing.

I'm Nillufer D'Silva (Neelu), and I am really passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults, including CALD clients facing mental health challenges.

When things get tough, it can help to talk to someone who can be empathetic, supportive and nonjudgemental. I can provide you with a safe space to talk about your issues, process your feelings & emotions and make sense of complex challenges.

My aim is to support clients in their unique context, offer them Hope and Healing, and help them build their resilience to reach their full potential in achieving a more optimistic outlook and positive change in their relationships and lives.
