It's an absolute honour to be recognised by our Men's Work community, to be able to give my energy to this important work and to feel rewarded and recognised is very satisfying. My mission in life is to consciously co-create an embodied culture of grounded loving presence and events like Island of Men Community and Menergy have supported me to bring my Mindful Movement offerings to more and more men every year. I'm exciting to be going to Island of Men #22 on Sunday, this time not as a facilitator but to just enjoy and experience being surrounded by good men, doing good work, for the good of all.
