Cal is a dad! 👶

Cal & Alex welcomed their baby girl, Eva Traynor, to their world on Wednesday, 16th April.

She has Alex's nose, the lungs of an opera singer and the sleep schedule of a squirrel on drugs 🤣
Mum & Bub are both home, healthy and getting settled.

Cal is taking some much needed parental leave to soak up these special days with Eva & Alex.
He will be returning for appointments Monday 19th, May.

In his absence, Adam, Matthias, Bel, Caitlyn, Tiah & Gemma are all stepping up and are ready to help you with all your osteo needs.

EASTER & ANZAC DAY business hours.

We will be closed from Good Friday through to Easter Monday to allow our team to enjoy their Easter long weekend. 18th-21st April.
We will also be closed ANZAC Day public holiday, 25th April.

We will be open all other days with normal trading hours, including Saturday 26th April!

So if you hurt yourself bending to pick up too many Easter eggs, wakeboarding up at the Murray or do your shoulder saluting the ANZACs with appropriate vigor, we're here to help! 🫡

Train The Trainers 🤕👍

Cal, Caitlyn & Tiah were at lastnight to help train and upskill the junior football sports trainers.

These workshops are a great opportunity for Cal to pass on some of the experience from 14 years of working in footy & netball but also a fantastic opportunity to educate junior trainers on concussion.

Concussion is a serious risk with any contact sport and making sure our trainers are prepared to spot the signs and symptoms and refer to a trained concussion clinic or practioner. The program in place at The Seaside Osteo is there to help players minimize the risk, improve rehabilitation & recover & return to sports safely.

Shout out to & for assisting with taping supplies & for the fantastic signage.

Postural changes during pregnancy
