Like many of us in the MS community, diagnosis can be overwhelming. Even if it’s something you have been chasing for so long - an explanation as to why you feel the way you do.
I felt nothing but fear when I received my diagnosis. I knew so little about the disease and I felt so unprepared for a life with MS. With time, I became more resilient knowing how my body works and responds to this disease. I found ways to support my health, instead of fear it.
This involved meeting many other wonderful members of the MS community, online forums, zoom catch ups with other MSers, and so much more. Recently, I have been able to feel more in control of my symptoms and what is potentially triggering them by using the ✨Manage MS Symptom Tracker✨ (link in bio).
It’s an easily accessible resource, freely available to those affected by MS or caring for others with MS. The best part is I can save all the information I track to take to my neurologist appointment next month. It saves so much time and energy with the hit of a few buttons.
This website has become a huge time and energy saver for me, particularly with those symptoms beyond the physical and preserving my mental health as best I can. I truly believe it would do the same for you 🤍 Let me know how you go with it!
