Recently I've been using a few different roller blends for my thyroid. If you suffer from thyroid imbalances then maybe this is for you!

Simply add 20 drops each of ⭐Frankincense,⭐ Peppermint, ⭐Myrrh, ⭐Lemongrass, ⭐Lavender and top with FCO into a 10ml roller bottle.

Apply over your neck area morning and night and also your reflex point for thyroid on your feet.

Other essential oils you may like to use for thyroid are:-

⭐Clove
⭐Marjoram

🌱Where do you hold stress?

🌱For me its all in my jaw. I don't even realise I'm doing it until it really starts to ache right up near my ear and along my entire jawline.

🌱The past 2 weeks has seen my stress and anxiety peak at an all time high. My jaw is killing me!!!
