Meet 𝗝𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘆, our always smiling Partnerships Manager and go to person for everything PMS (Practice Management Software).

𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗦 – 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂?

My days are spent nurturing relationships with our incredible software partners and finding creative ways we can work together. You’ll find me brainstorming with partners about new opportunities, being their champion within HICAPS when they need support, or doing a deep dive into how we can create even more value for healthcare providers.

Think of me as part strategist, part relationship guru and part problem-solver, always looking for ways to make the experience with HICAPS even better through smart partnerships.

I’m super excited about our latest integration with Best Practice Bp Premier. This has been such a game-changer and we’re now able to support GP practices in a whole new way.

It’s great to see how this opens doors for practices to work more efficiently. Staff spend less time on paperwork and ultimately patients get an improved experience - everyone wins.

It’s a big step toward our goal of supporting the full spectrum of healthcare from allied to primary care with smarter, more connected solutions.

Our Story

HICAPS was formed in June 1998 in response to the need to provide an electronic claim and payment solution for the Healthcare sector. Today, 20+ years on, HICAPS is utilised by 100% of Private Health Funds in Australia, and has over 85,000 registered health service providers nationally that provide patients the convenience of automatic claims processing on the spot, in the practice.

The HICAPS solution also provides Medicare processing and the lodgement of WorkSafe (Vic) claims and can be used to process Gap, and fully patient funded services via Credit Card and EFTPOS. HICAPS can also be used by health services providers to electronically lodge overseas health care claims today for select health funds that are enabled on the HICAPS system. HICAPS continues to offer innovation and efficiency to the healthcare sector and remains Australia’s leading claims and payments solution for health service providers.
