The biggest flex will always be creating a safe space for others to feel fully seen, heard and understood.  

I’ve always known I was destined to help others. This has taken on so many different forms, leading to where I am now, and what I do best - Holistic Therapy.  

My biggest anchor has always been my deeper ‘why’ behind what I do, and truthfully- work never feels too much like ‘work’ when there’s purpose and passion behind it 🤎 

Forever grateful for this work, my community + having the privilege of helping others learn to become their own safe space and biggest supporter 🔒

A realistic love note from your fav holistic therapist 💌🧠💅🏽🍒🤎 

Waiting until you reach breaking point to access support/ therapy is like waiting until your car completely breaks down on the side of the road before ever booking a service.  

By then, it costs you more time, energy, and effort- and you’re left stuck on the side of the road in the meantime.  

Making accessing support and prioritising your wellbeing regularly a HABIT is like getting your car routinely serviced: you catch things early, keep things running smoothly, and avoid those full-blown breakdowns. 

Did I just compare you to a car? YEP 👀 

You don’t have to wait until 💩 hits the fan. 
Therapy works best as a habit, not a last-resort lifeline.

People pleasing is self abandonment disguised as kindness ❤️‍🩹  

Breaking these lifelong patterns requires compassion towards the part of you that learned being too nice, always available and overly agreeable = SAFETY.  

The habit of over-giving often begins as a way to feel secure, seen or valued, especially if your worth was linked to being helpful, needed or the ‘responsible one’.  

If expressing your needs or emotions led to punishment, rejection or neglect, the nervous system learn to suppress them as a form of protection.  

The good news? With compassion, boundaries and the right support, these patterns can change 🤎

Social Media Trends vs. Facts 💅🏽 

To regulate your nervous system means to support your body in moving out of a stress response (like fight, flight, freeze or fawn)- and back into a state of calm, safety and connection.  

Social media says:  
📱Sound-baths  
📱Infrared saunas  
📱Cold plunges  
📱Breathwork  
📱Mouth taping  
📱Cycle syncing  
📱HGW 

These things can be helpful…  

But, here’s what’s the MOST important:  
🔒Safety and security  
🔒Income and employment  
🔒Affordable housing  
🔒Access to food  
🔒Access to healthcare  
🔒Lack of discrimination or abuse  
🔒Secure attachments  

Don’t fall for the aesthetic trends that sell you the ‘formula’ for regulation. Keep it simple and focus on your BASIC NEEDS, first and foremost 🤎

The formula is simple.  

Too much output.

And not enough restoration = BURNOUT.

…along with an abundance of resources and education to help you break the cycle of simply surviving, and start finally LIVING with more intention and regulation.
