High-quality listening occurs when we offer someone our attention, understanding, and care. But a range of other conversation habits can easily disrupt connection and cause upset, starting with these.

Whilst melbournians are well-used to lockdown with this being our 4th experience- it nonetheless has an impact on each and every one of us including our family members and social circles.

It is so important for us to make an effort to stay connected and check in on each other.

Our new normal exacerbates mental health issues for many people.

If you or someone close to you is struggling please reach out and seek professional help. Stay healthy and safe.

Hi Everyone,
After many years working for others, I have opened my own Clinic and look forward to welcoming clients for whatever mental health needs they have.

As we go into our 3rd Melbourne Lockdown , times are tough and keeping positive and uplifted whilst we are confined to our homes can raise a number of challenges - family relationships, work issues, loneliness, social disconnection, isolation to name a few. For those of us prone to anxiety or depression or for any of us who have unprocessed grief, Lockdown can press a number of those triggers making us feel worse. If you or someone you care about would benefit from speaking to someone or having some professional support, please get in touch.
