In a nutshell, a psychiatrist can prescribe medication, a psychologist can diagnose, and a psychotherapist can provide therapy.

Each has it's place, and there are most definitely instances that require both a diagnosis and medication.

As a psychotherapist, I consider the issues you may be facing through a trauma Informed lense, taking into consideration any and all bio-psycho-social factors that may be influencing your situation, such as relationships, environment, or finances.

I see your problems as separate to you, and hence something that can be managed through therapy, guidance and support.

If there is a need for further intervention, a referral to a psychologist will be provided, however a great place to start is through one of many therapeutic intervention techniques.

Hi there, my name is Adi. I wanted to introduce, and share a little about myself.

Based out of Melbourne, Australia I provide support for clients from all over, both online and face to face.

The recent increase in demand for online sessions, allows the facilitation of therapy from the comfort of ones own space. Further, the relationship between a client and therapist is based on trust, hence being able to find the right therapist for your needs is crucial. Online counselling has allowed clients from anywhere in the world to connect with me.

I am extremely passionate about interpersonal relationship issues, family, domestic, and intimate partner violent. Having both the formal education, and lived experience to fully assist in navigating these difficult areas has been priceless to my clients.

Being qualified across both Psychology and Counselling disciplines I use a combination of therapies tailored to your individual situation and needs.

My approach is person centred and holistic. I believe each individual is unique, as is their journey. I work with my clients to understand the impact of current and past experiences on their overall well-being. My aim is to help clients gain a greater understanding of, and reconnect with their authentic selves and purpose, and to support you in bringing balance to your life.

I look forward to being your guide and supporting you through this process, walking alongside you on your journey to complete wellness.

Using a holistic approach to therapy, our aim is to guide you in finding balance across all aspects of your life.

All individuals possess the innate desire to strive towards achieving their highest potential. This desire is know as ones 'self-actualising tendancy'.

At your own pace, you will be empowered to overcome obstacles, achieve goals, and live the life that you deserve.
