Now you can easily create onboarding forms & weekly check-in forms with CrazyFit!

The type of questions it currently supports:
1. Multiple-choice questions
2. Yes and no answer questions
3. Text questions

You can choose to automate this workflow, such as the onboarding form will be only visible went the client is signed up, the weekly check-in form will be sent to your clients every week!
