Your power does not lie in trying harder. ✋
This was something that fluttered to the surface for me as a reminder in the past few weeks.

I have a tendency to go full throttle🚀.
Anyone who knows me, knows when i have an idea i want to create i throw myself in 100%.

But in the slowing down and pause, is where the devotion lies and nuggets of insights rise. There have been self doubts, old patterns resurfacing in the final snake shed…so after facilitating an online sound bath on Tuesday and recording it - i paused, plugged the headphones in an received it myself.

Because something needed to shift, soften and loosen its grip. Sound was the answer. And a renewal was felt after.😍✨
