I discovered how to heal myself by delving into every method, diet, movement, training and nutrient available, I consulted with every specialist I could, from western medicine, right through to naturopathy, spiritual and differing forms of movement, just to name just a few, but throughout it all I discovered that one method simply wasn’t suitable to achieve the results I wanted in life and would never suit everyone. I was told so many times throughout my journey that I “couldn’t” or “shouldn’t” do what I was, but in doing so I found my own way. My biggest discovery was that a customised approach is the only thing that makes it possible to implement change that is sustainable long term, but there is also a much easier path to take. I began my journey, as I believe everyone needs to, but now hope to bring a guided approach to helping others achieve the same. By talking through what’s holding you back/down, I can aid you along the path of self discovery to find what works for you and what doesn’t, this personalised approach will allow you to see and feel the methods you can adopt, those that will cater specifically to your needs, that feel right for you. Work to minimise and remove negative habitual behaviour and improve your health through reawakening your body, mind and soul. There is a way to live a more fulfilling life your way. I hope to reach as many people as I can and guide them along their own path. To show them that it is possible to fully experience life, to achieve their dreams and satisfy their desires. Lets take a guided walk through your past, letting it in, so you may be able to let it go and move forward into a future where being present, in every moment, is as exciting as it is desirable.

When you “feel” better physically, you feel better mentally, and nothing helps you’re mindset more than taking care of yourself, alongside kickstarting a boost of dopamine 💫

If your mood has fallen low today & you’re struggling to pick it back up, if you’ve started questioning the way you spent your weekend or the week ahead, with anything but excitement, optimism & positivity, then don’t let your mind takeover.

Resilience of the mind is always going to be your most powerful asset when it comes to enhancing mood, and this resilience is built in many ways, but can always be aided by using whatever you have at your disposal.

MOVE YOUR BODY
Shift your surroundings.
As simple as a short walk, or physically moving from your surroundings to somewhere else in your house, to a park, cafe, beach, just physically shift your surroundings to something new.

HYDRATE
Ensure your body is hydrated, this will aid in headaches, hunger & cravings, just to name a few. Any water will do, and is better than nothing, but if you do want to be more particular.

Ideally
1. Fresh spring water without filtering
2. Filtered water with electrolytes/minerals, or a pinch of high quality salt

EAT WHOLE FOODS
Focus on balancing protein, veg/salad & carbs, and don’t over complicate!
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t worry about weight, size or portions, just start with balance.
⇢ Eating enough protein will help you with hunger
⇢ Veg/salad, will help your system not feel so weighted while still satiated
⇢ Carbs (rice/potatoes), this will help you feel fuller, giving you that comforted feeling we sometimes need from food, especially when feeling low.

If you want a little extra, add in a little healthy fat, Olive Oil or Avocado are great options & will help with cravings in between meals.

Everyone is “addicted” to something, there’s just more readily accepted ways of distracting ourselves in modern day society than those typically considered “addictions”.
Some “healthier” and some more destructive. If you delve deep enough, you’ll find it within all of us, “most” just balance it better than others to the outside world.

It’s not about feeling everything all the time, it’s simply about taking accountability over your actions, and healing past experiences, so they don’t continue the cycle of pain.

There is a better way to experience life ✨

For most of society, we rarely scratch the surface of who someone really is.. but it’s also the most significant way we can discover true healing.

How would you choose to be/live if you could be your true self?
What would you show to the world that you currently hide, because you fear being judged?
Would you choose to live authentically if you knew the outcome?

To live a life masking who you are, is not only exhausting, but also detrimental to your overall health, because everything you do plays an integral part in creating who you are, so the journey through healing must do so as well.
This is the beauty & tragedy of humankind.

Have you ever thought
Why does this keep happening to me?
Why do I keep attracting the wrong people?
Why does everything keep going wrong?

In simple terms, it’s because you’re not listening.

The universe is consistently sending you signs, but if you’re struggling to overcome your level of self awareness, or take accountability around your actions, then it’s likely you’re also not open to seeing the signs, and therefore not integrating change.
It’s like a rebound effect, where it’ll begin to feel like Groundhog Day shrouded in a different skin.

If you desire change, what stops you?

Don’t allow regret & dissatisfaction into your life, because it doesn’t need to exist.
You can choose another way.

In consistently running from what you fear, you bury it deeper within.
In allowing this discomfort to grow, you remain unsettled.

Chase your dreams. Make that call. Always Risk.
Consider for a moment that in doing this, you may even discover a spectrum of joy, pleasure & passion you’d never even imagined possible?

If you died tomorrow would you be happy with how you chose to live?

The only moment in life that’s guaranteed is this moment right now.
So why not work to magnetically attract what you need? Allow your weird & wonderful self to shine, and step into your fear.
Everything will finally begin to make sense.

Are your eyes truly open to see YOU?

Do they see the truth of the things you do?
Do they allow you to recognise why you do the things you do?

Emitting others from the equation, is your greatest limitation how you blur your vision to the truth of who you are?

Do you watch yourself move through this world, but instead of feeding the truth to your mind, stay covered in a shield of grey, feeding only a fraction of the information available?

If you’ve shielded your heart, your spirit from sight, only allowing your mind to see a fraction of what you experience, you’ll leave yourself confused and unsure, breaking your own heart every time. For without recognition of the truth, seeing the truth of your experiences, and seeing every part of what you’re shown, you’ll innately hold onto stories that won’t allow you the freedom to attract what aligns with who you are.

Holding onto this fragmented vision rather than facing your truth, you’re only deepening the pain you need to face to truly heal.

How long have you been ignoring the truth?

If you desire honesty and trust in your relationships with others, firstly consider if you have given this to yourself?

If you’re unable to trust yourself, then how could you ever trust anyone else?

Create freedom by working through what you need, allow the universe to draw people in that won’t continue to challenge you in the same way, and instead give you the space you need to grow and heal.
