HERE 👇🏻

1. I stopped forcing clarity.
I used to believe clarity came by thinking my way into it. Now, I understand that clarity requires stillness and an inward focus to receive it.

2. I stopped trying to move ahead of myself.
For many years, I mistook progress for urgency. Now I know that the most important shifts happen when there is coherence and making peace with where you are.

3. I stopped self-abandoning to control outcomes.
For so long, I believed I was behind - but truthfully, all was unfolding in the most perfect ways to prepare me for this new era. The more I let go, the more swiftly outcomes came.

4. I stopped seeking permission and external validation.
I began trusting what I felt before I could see it. The more deeply I walked in faith, the more I trusted myself.

5. I stopped trying to become anyone else - including my future self.
I thought this work was about becoming. But I have learned that this is about anchoring and embodying who I already am and have always been.

6. I stopped mistaking stillness for stagnation.
The pauses and calls for rest were not me being stuck, they were my protection to support my integration.

7. I stopped searching outside of myself.
Relief came when I realised that everything is encoded and present within me. I just needed to silence the external noise, focus inwards and allow the medicine to reveal itself to me.

This entry into the new era is not about self-abandonment, speed or control. It is about softening into coherence and remembering who you truly are.

Dear Ones,

As I close my practice for 2025 and prepare for a well-earned break, I want to wish you a season of rest, simplicity, peace and joy.

This year has asked a great deal of many of us — shedding old versions of self, meeting edges we didn't expect and being invited into deeper truths about our lives. So find time to rest on the soul level.

Christmas may feel different for you this year — not because something is missing, but because you have grown beyond who you were.

Yes, it’s true. But I must confess…

It took me 8 years and more than 20,000 hrs of service to define my gifts, soul purpose and the way I was divinely designed to serve in this life ✨

When I decided to listen to my higher knowing and really remember who I truly am, as a SOUL - I became crystal clear on the framework that best protects, nurtures and supports my energy ~ and that of my clients.

So, I wasn’t born to speak to the masses, and I won’t be ever-greening you anytime soon.

I’m just not that kind of gal….

But what you can expect when working with me is unwavering devotion, support, safety and being held in your highest vision - until you can hold it for yourself.

October is a never-before-seen-in-human-history month. A potent time for healing, remembering and reclaiming what it is you came here to do.
