Do you know we are have a second heart and how it's important? 👇👇

The calf muscles are known as the "second heart" of the human body because they help pump blood back to the heart. This action helps prevent blood pooling in the legs and reduces the strain on the heart.

When you put your foot down, your body weight squeezes the veins in your foot.
This pushes blood up into your calf muscles.
When you lift your heel, your calf muscles squeeze the veins in your calf.
This pushes blood up into your thighs and beyond.
