🚨Ever heard of the Posterior Tibialis? Probably not. It is so easily forgotten about.

This deep, stabilizing muscle supports your arch, controls pronation, and helps your foot function properly when walking, running, and lifting. But here’s the problem: most people don’t train it until they’re dealing with pain.

And by then? It’s much harder to recover.

What happens when it gets weak?
✔️ Overpronation & flat feet: Your arch starts to collapse
✔️ Foot & ankle pain: That nagging discomfort near your inner ankle
✔️ Misdiagnosed as plantar fasciitis/fasciopathy: But it’s actually a weak posterior tibialis
✔️ Injuries like irritated tendons

The best time to strengthen this muscle is BEFORE pain starts.

Swipe through for a release movement and two simple exercises to prevent pain & keep your feet strong! 💪🦶
