If you actually want to lose weight
 this is what needs to happen âŹ‡ïž

✅ You need to be strength training- 3 to 4 sessions a week is ideal. Whether that’s with me or in a gym, it has to be part of the plan.
✅ You need to get steppin’. Like actually. Walking is one of the easiest ways to burn more energy, regulate stress, and support fat loss.
✅ You need to eat better. Not perfectly. Not restrictive. Just better.

Now... do you need to track calories?
No. But it can help, especially if you’ve got no idea how many calories are in your usual meals. That awareness can be a powerful first step.

I personally lost 23kg without tracking or weighing a single thing (I tried, but it wasn’t for me) but I did get educated. I learned about whole foods, built better habits, and kept things sustainable.

So if you want to track for a short time to learn? Go for it.
But please don’t make it your forever.
Food wasn’t meant to be micromanaged. It’s fuel, it’s medicine and it’s also ENJOYMENT. It’s only become a “numbers game” recently because there’s so much ultra-processed food now. We did just fine for thousands of years without counting calories
..because people moved more and ate real food.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about being consistent.
