There is something very special about welcoming a new instructor into the EMK family, and Frances brings a presence that feels deeply grounding and full of heart. She is kind, compassionate and nurturing, with a soft and steady energy that allows others to feel held, supported and understood. Alongside this, she is knowledgeable, dedicated and an exceptional Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology practitioner.

Frances will be teaching EMK courses in Ringwood North, Victoria in 2026, and her gentle strength and commitment to this modality will enrich the learning experience for every student she supports. It has been a joy to witness her journey into becoming an EMK Instructor, and I am looking forward to seeing her guide others through their own healing pathways with clarity, care and wisdom.

It has been such a beautiful week in the Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology community. We have welcomed another ten newly certified EMK Practitioners, with more still coming through, and the testimonials arriving over the last few weeks have filled my heart. 💗

Seeing these incredible EMK Practitioners step into their purpose, build their businesses, and create meaningful change in their communities is everything this work is about. Their dedication, commitment, and passion for the EMK pathway shines through every session they complete and every milestone they reach.

Reading their heartfelt words about the EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program and the full EMK pathway has been a deeply moving reminder of why I created this modality. I am grateful for every practitioner who chooses this journey and brings their own magic into the healing field.

I loved hosting our EMK Connect online gathering this morning with Ash and Cyndi for our fifth quarterly catch-up. Around twenty of us came together to share, reflect and support one another in a warm and open space. Each quarter we explore a different theme and offer time for Q&A, allowing practitioners to connect, express any wins or challenges they may be experiencing, and feel held within community.

A heartfelt thank you to Ash and Cyndi for co-hosting with me today. Your presence and energy brought so much depth to the space.

Our next EMK Connect will be on Thursday, 12 February 2026. Bronwyn and Nikki will be co-hosting for this session. The topic will be announced in the EMK Facebook group soon. I am looking forward to gathering again, welcoming those who are able to join us, and inviting some of our newly certified EMK practitioners into the circle.

Here they are – the 92 incredible souls who took part in the 2025 Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner Certification Training Program online with me, the EMK Modality Founder.

After completing the six core EMK courses, this online finishing program is the final step before becoming Certified EMK Practitioners. Over six weeks, I’ve watched these students from across Australia and around the world hold space, shift emotions, and embody the heart and depth of this powerful modality.

I’m so proud of every single one of them and so excited to watch their continued growth as they step forward as strong, confident practitioners, leading the way in the healing industry and sharing EMK globally.

The energy, connection, and transformation within this group have been truly extraordinary – the future of EMK is bright. ✨️

Ever felt like your energy holds stories you can’t quite put into words?

Runes are one of the beautiful remedies we work with in Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology, explored in the Aura Balancing Kinesiology course. Each Rune is an ancient Norse symbol carved into stone, carrying its own vibration, wisdom, and meaning. They act as keys that open doorways into the subconscious and help bring forward the messages your aura is ready to reveal.

In a kinesiology balance, Runes bring awareness to emotional patterns, energetic blocks, or life themes seeking transformation. The stone Runes themselves carry a grounding, ancient energy – a tangible connection between intuition, insight, and healing.

In Module 6, we will be learning how to take your kinesiology practice online with confidence and professionalism. This final part of the EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program focuses on running effective, connected, and energetically aligned online kinesiology sessions.

We will explore self-testing and surrogate methods, energy circuit activation, and how to use EMK remedies and colour cards in an online format. You will also learn how to confidently conduct and receive online sessions, revise EMK tools, and practise within breakout rooms.

This module also covers the transition from student to certified practitioner, IICT membership and insurance, and the final EMK certification requirements - bringing your practitioner journey to completion with clarity and confidence.

I am so excited to see everyone online for this final module and wrap up the program with you all.
