✨ Last Tuesday at Direct Care Assistance, we had a fantastic day dedicated to our incredible support workers. ✨

Our team came together for a full day of staff induction, orientation, and annual medication competency training. It was a wonderful opportunity to welcome our new team members, refresh knowledge with our existing staff, and ensure everyone is confident with our organisation’s policies and procedures.

We are proud to keep our support workers well resourced and equipped so they can provide safe, high-quality care. By investing in our team, we are making sure our participants continue to feel supported, empowered, and valued in the community.
