2025 RECAP | Direct Care Assistance ✨
As we look back on 2025, we’re proud of how far we’ve come... not just in growth, but in purpose.
This year was about strengthening foundations. From hosting induction and training sessions to continuously upskilling our team, we invested deeply in the quality of care we provide and the people who deliver it every day.
We showed up for our community, connecting with participants, families, and partners through local expos and events, and reinforcing our commitment to being present, approachable, and collaborative.
We also marked an important milestone by moving into a larger office space, creating room for a growing team to work, learn, and support one another more effectively.
Throughout it all, our focus remained the same: clinical excellence, strong leadership, and person-centred care. These are the values that guide every decision we make and set the standard for how we support those who place their trust in us.
As the year comes to a close, we want to say thank you... to our participants, families, support workers, partners, and community. Your trust and collaboration continue to inspire us to do better, every day.
