Age is just a number....
You can be 70 and fit, you can be 20 and unfit.
As we age, it doesn't mean the aches and pains get worse. If anything, things can improve due to work/life/time changes as we shift through different stages. We treat many older adults that would rival the fitness of a younger person π
We hear all the time that "I feel so old!" But it's truely in your power to add some incidental activity to your day and make some better choices, even if you are injured. Movement will always help an injury. There's really only a select few circumstances where doing nothing is helpful, and we would let you know if that's the case for you...
Stay moving, keep moving. Motion is lotion! Even if you start today, that's better than yesterday.
