πŸ’™ We need endurance for our body to limit fatigue and poor form that may strain muscles and joints

Pain does not mean damage. You can have pain without an injury, and an injury without pain.

Pain is your nervous system being protective. This is both helpful, and sometimes with longer term pain, its unhelpful.

With the right load, management and reassurance, the body is very good at calming things down.

If you've been avoiding movement because of pain, then speak with us, we want you moving and to stay moving.

πŸ’™ Warm up - our muscles, joints and heart need to wake up too!
πŸ’™ Check your footwear - whether your using gym shoes or runners, check your feet! Older shoes can be worn out and load your foot incorrectly. Even "running" runners can be too cushioned for gym sessions. Check your footwear and limit your injury risk!
πŸ’™ Gradually load - even taking 1-2 weeks off detrains us. Slow progression = less injury
