Physical job? Your body still needs strength.

Manual work and standing all day puts big loads on your body, but itโ€™s not the same as exercise.

Work tasks are often repetitive, done while tired and loads the same muscles over and over. The problem? Many people finish the day too exhausted to train.

Over time, strength and mobility drop. When this happens, the body has less capacity to handle the physical demands of work and injuries can start to creep in.

A small amount of targeted strength and mobility work can make a big difference, keeping you strong and mobile at work.

We like to think of exercise as "training your body for your job." For those of us (osteos included!) whose work depends on staying injury-free, that means keeping up with our own strength and mobility work too, so we can keep doing what we do to help you!

Winter Olympics - a combination of balance, endurance and motivation. We are obviously not training for the Olympics, but we can learn from them.

๐Ÿ’™ We need endurance for our body to limit fatigue and poor form that may strain muscles and joints
