I've been in the health and fitness industry since 2015, working as a Nutritionist, Naturopath and Personal Trainer. I've always had a special interest in weight loss and love seeing the amazing transformations that are possible with the 1:1 diet. Cambridge Weight Plan has a flexible range of weight management programs suitable for both men and women, and every plan is tailored to meet the needs o

f each client and their individual state of health to ensure their upmost success and safety during their weight loss journey. Our Steps program is made up of 6 steps ranging from 600kcal to 1500+kcal per day. Where you start will depend on a number of factors which will be discussed in your initial consultation. Our products can be used as the sole source of nutrition for predictable weight loss with nutritional assurance or can also be used with conventional food for more gradual weight loss. You will only pay for your meal replacement products on the 1:1 diet, no consultation fees will apply. Other services such as one on one personal training sessions, custom nutrition and training programs etc. will have a consultation fee as these are separate to the 1:1 diet.
