Hello beautiful Yoga Alma Community,

Ten years ago, under the golden skies of Costa Rica, Yoga Alma was born. A vision rooted in love, movement, and the longing to create spaces of awakening. From those humble beginnings grew a vibrant studio in Brisbane, and from there, a global community devoted to the path of embodiment and self-discovery.

For the past five years, Yoga Alma has guided hundreds of souls through retreats and trainings across the world. Together we have shared breath, tears, laughter, and countless moments of transformation. It has been an honour to walk beside each and every one of you.

As life continues to unfold, so too does the work. Yoga Alma is now transitioning into Integrative Health & Functional Medicine, a natural evolution that deepens our commitment to whole-body healing and soulful living. You’ll begin to see new content here that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science - reflecting the same heart, only now expressed through a more integrative lens.

While Bree Naomee continues to share courses and retreats, her calling now flows into 1:1 integrative health mentoring, guiding others to restore vitality from the inside out.
