Dr Nara shares the clinical journey of a 70yo patient who had upper blepharoplasty 3 weeks following surgery. The potential risks of surgery can be read on www.revaesthetic.com.au/risks-of-surgery

Cosmetic surgery for blepharoplasty has significant preparation and planning particularly with regard to the specific surgical techniques used. There are considerations of soft tissue excess, orbital fat, skin laxity, and specific goals of the patient. The potential risks are discussed such as transient blurness of vision, bleeding and bruising around the eyelids.

The before and after blepharoplasty eyelid surgery result in Tasmania near Devonport or Bellerive is shown 3 weeks from surgery. The swelling and bruising gradually migrates lower as expected. This is part of the recovery phase. At RevAesthetic, there are specific instructions for patient care following eyelid lift surgery.

Whenever a patient seeks eyelid surgery in Tasmania, we understand that this is important, confidential and requires personalised planning.
The potential risks of surgery can be read on www.revaesthetic.com.au/risks-of-surgery

Dr. Nara explains the different surgical manoeuvers that were involved with this patient's periorbital treatment. This is determined at the comprehensive consultation. This patient wanted the excess skin of the upper eyelids to be reduced as well as left brow lift and brow stabilisation. In addition, the convexity of the upper eyelids were to be reduced with orbital fat removal. This was performed conservatively with the right side being more than the left. Other adjuncts of surgery were also performed. The results here were achieved not just with upper blepharoplasty.

If you are considering an intimate procedure in Melbourne, there are 5 important things that experienced doctors consider prior to surgery. Dr Nara explains these fundamentals in this video prior to performing an intimate operation in Melbourne.

1. Patients are assessed based on standards, guidelines and protocols. We maintain trust, respect and integrity for all our patients by doing so.

2. Consultation. We focus on a caring, open and trusted approach during consultations with our patients so they feel comfortable and have ample time to make a decision of the right intimate procedure for them. These intimate procedures may involve labiaplasty, h***n repair, vaginoplasty or pe**le augmentation.

3. Experience matters. This helps us understand patients better and focus on anatomical variations and the right surgical planning.

4. Our staff. Our staff are important to us. They are not only trained in surgical procedures but also cosmetic surgery. We appreciate cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in Australia. All patients have different beliefs and we take time to understand this.

5. Surgery extends beyond the operation room. The aftercare is fundamental to maintain results and patients will be given instructions which may change based on their lifestyle and occupation.
