Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey – a powerful and transformative initiation into energy healing. Over two nurturing Saturdays, you’ll be guided to awaken your natural healing abilities, connect deeply with your own energy, and learn how to channel Reiki for yourself and others.

This training is designed to help you:
✨ Explore the history, principles, and foundations of Reiki
✨ Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunements to open your energy channels
✨ Learn self-healing practices to support balance, clarity, and wellbeing
✨ Practice giving Reiki to friends, family, and even pets
✨ Build trust in your intuition and connect with your inner healer

Whether you feel called to begin your personal healing journey or simply wish to bring more peace and presence into your life, this course will empower you with tools for lifelong growth and self-care.

We are so happy to be offering community classes over the month of August.
These classes are guided by our passionate up and coming, newly certified instructors who are building their confidence and refining their teaching skills.

All levels of experience are welcome — whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, your presence helps create a supportive and encouraging space for both teacher and student.

Classes are donation-based ($10 minimum no-refundable), with all contributions going back into supporting our local community.

This is the introductory and foundation level of reiki training, where you will learn how to connect with the energy of Reiki and how to perform Healing for yourself to support your own wellbeing as well as for Friends, Family & Pets
You’ll gain the knowledge and techniques to replenish, protect and balance your energy, while also gaining a deep understanding of who you are and what is holing you back.
You’ll receive an energetic AKTIVATION (attunement) that raises your frequency to enhance your wellbeing.
