Since starting his journey, Dag has shed an impressive 13kg, taking his weight from 120kg to 107.5kg. But the wins don’t stop there:
✅ Waist: Down from 122cm to 112cm.
✅ Chest: Shrunk from 119cm to 115.5cm.
✅ Hips: Dropped from 112cm to 106cm.

The numbers speak for themselves, but what really stands out is Dag’s unwavering commitment and work ethic.
