Have a look at this absolute champion, 19 weeks in but he’s already surpassed his target. 12kgs off and almost 50cm off his core measurements. This type of shape takes commitment, Mark does 4x weight sessions, 2-3 cardio sessions on the elliptical and rowing on the weekends. He is on his diet 95% of the time. He takes full ownership for himself and when things aren’t going as good as planned he knuckles down and tries harder! 💪
