Three years ago, we decided that we'd start a little dessert business from our Mum's kitchen, and taking photos of us eating those delicious desserts.

Three years ago we decided that we had no shame!! And that bringing joy through dessert was the best way to spend our time.

It's almost been two years now since we officially launched GingerSnap from our commercial kitchen in West Melbourne. And we haven't looked back!

We love bringing dessert to you!!

I've been gluten free for 30 years, and that's the best dessert I've ever had.
After purchasing "oh wait, it's vegan? No I won't eat that"
It's egg free AND nut free. I can't believe I can eat something so beautiful.

Family business 💛 You often hear, don't mix business with family, so our experience feels somewhat unique.

Being a family business does mean that we have a unique understanding of each other's strengths, challenges and the support we each need, both in our personal and professional worlds.

Today is feeling pretty special. Tonight, the longest ever running musical, Les Miserables, starts at Rod Laver Arena and we were asked to make the exclusive dessert for the pre-dinner menu and French Quarter.

With almost 900 desserts out the door in the first few days, our Berry Vanilla Cheesecake mousse is stunning and so delicious.

Layers of raspberry jam, cream vanilla mousse and blueberry mousse on a creamy biscuit base, will be available at both windows, in the Mumm Champagne Lounge, Amex Lounge and Federation Cup room.

As the sister of a proud deaf man, I've had the immense privilege to witness the world expand when the right structures and supports are put in place to unlock a person's limitless potential.

Working alongside my little brother, we seek to build more inclusive workplaces for deaf people and people with disability, using the beauty of food to change perceptions.
