It’s a great morning to grab a cinnamon muffin and coffee from our All Things Equal pop up cafe!

Our cinnamon crumble muffins are the sleeper hit on the cafe menu. A nutty, cinnamon muffin with a crunchy crumble top which also happens to be vegan and gluten free. Pairs perfectly with an expertly brewed cup of coffee from our friends at All Things Equal.

Muffins are only available from our pop up cafe at the moment so you’ll have to visit us at 114 Adderley st West Melbourne to try one. Tuesday- Saturday from 8am-3pm.

Busy work as we prepare for the Vegan Veg Out kindness and inclusion edition on Wednesday 8th April from 5-9pm at Welcome to Thornbury.

We’ll be there selling our famous caramel tarts, Black Forest entremets, mango passion fruit mousse cakes and more! All of our treats for sale will be vegan, gluten free and nut free.

BTS of our Blackforest Mousse cake being made 🍫🍒

Chocolate mousse with a white chocolate cherry centre, sprayed with chocolate coating, topped with chocolate ganache, cream and white chocolate shards on a sable biscuit base. Vegan and gluten free.

This is a forever item on our menu but we require 24 hours notice for these beauties as they are made to order. Pop an order in with us online for your next event!

Brett has really outdone himself in developing this year’s Easter special! We are pleased to present to you our dark chocolate, almond praline Easter egg.
Dark chocolate crunchy coating filled with dark and white chocolate mousse and a house made ooey gooey almond praline centre. Vegan and gluten free.

The tart we developed for the Grand Prix ‘The Grand Peach’ was so popular that we’ve decided to add it to our regular menu…for a limited time only!

Our signature house made sable tart shell filled with raspberry compote and passionfruit curd, topped with a peach mousse dome and piped vanilla cream. Vegan, gluten free and nut free.

Here for a good time, not a long time so get your order in quick through our website :)

Yay!!!! Our first official Saturday in our pop-up cafe with .org.au Beautiful desserts, coffees, iced coffees, toasties, salads and more!

When we started GingerSnap Patisserie 4 years ago out of our Mum's kitchen, my brother and I wanted to change the way people understood the contribution of people with disability in the workplace. We wanted to celebrate limitless potential, starting with Brett's incredible desserts.

I later met All Things Equal, becoming the CEO, and my life was transformed. Living every day with the purpose and intention Brett and I set out to achieve. I have been so grateful for the endless collaborative opportunities that have blossomed for GingerSnap and ATE, from Brett facilitating workshops, to the Australian Open, and now our pop-up cafe. Operating from GingerSnap's beautiful commercial space in West Melbourne (thanks Mum, but we've moved on) - just a few minutes out of the CBD, we are now welcoming 6 new trainees into award wage employment in our space.

Alongside the impact, we are serving what we love most. Excellent Veneziano coffee, GingerSnap’s beautiful plant-based desserts, signature toasties & salads with .foods.vegan and easy grab-and-go options for busy workdays.
