When we started GingerSnap Patisserie 4 years ago out of our Mum's kitchen, my brother and I wanted to change the way people understood the contribution of people with disability in the workplace. We wanted to celebrate limitless potential, starting with Brett's incredible desserts.
I later met All Things Equal, becoming the CEO, and my life was transformed. Living every day with the purpose and intention Brett and I set out to achieve. I have been so grateful for the endless collaborative opportunities that have blossomed for GingerSnap and ATE, from Brett facilitating workshops, to the Australian Open, and now our pop-up cafe. Operating from GingerSnap's beautiful commercial space in West Melbourne (thanks Mum, but we've moved on) - just a few minutes out of the CBD, we are now welcoming 6 new trainees into award wage employment in our space.
Alongside the impact, we are serving what we love most. Excellent Veneziano coffee, GingerSnapβs beautiful plant-based desserts, signature toasties & salads with .foods.vegan and easy grab-and-go options for busy workdays.
