I suppose it’s time to introduce myself 👋 (the one who runs our IG!)

I’m Taylor, Lab Manager here at Recovery Lab Richmond. I grew up in NZ, but these days I call Melbourne home. My favourite recovery modality? Compex..! It’s helped me bounce back from more injuries than I can count, and I love how it boosts both performance and recovery ⚡️

Outside of the Lab, I’m a sports fanatic. I love watching my rugby teams (go the All Blacks & Chiefs!) and my MLB team (shoutout AZ D-Backs 🐍)

While I’m usually a Personal Trainer, Squash Coach, and Remedial Massage Therapist, I’ve hit pause on that side of things for now.

Fun fact: I used to be a professional squash player! I reached a highest world ranking of #91 and even have my own Wikipedia page 👀
