Flashback Friday✨

Looking back at this photo from 2019 where I presented on ‘Setting Yourself up for Sleep’ at the Ranges Health Hub in Sassafras.

I’ve grown and developed a lot as a professional since then. My passion and motivation to want to help people feel better in their daily lives has always remained at the core of what drives me as a Naturopath.

It’s good to remind yourself how you got to where you are today, it’s not until you look back that you realise just how much you’ve achieved on your journey so far!

Is anyone else feeling like their skin has changed during these times of constant mask wearing?

This Is Real!

I’m seeing skin where breakouts have appeared within the cheek, chin and jaw areas.

Some tips to help combat this:
• Aim to change your mask through the day if possible,
• Regularly wash any re-usable masks,
• Give your face a splash of water and cleanse after a day of wearing your mask.

🌱Herbal Manufacturing;

I LOVE getting back to basics and making my own herbal creams for my patients.

This one is a blend of Vitamin E, calendula infused oil, chamomile, chickweed succus & belladonna 6x, to help soothe and heal some dry, red and itchy patches on the skin.

Getting skin barrier repair whilst providing nourishing and cooling properties👌🏼

Some inspiration;
• Going for a walk today in the sun if you’ve been staying in from the weather
• Add in a piece of fruit
• Deep breathing exercises
• Drink that extra glass of water
• Indulge in a bath with candles & have some time out
• Or whatever you resonate with for feeling healthy

Iridology - The Study of the Iris👁

Our eyes are often known as ‘the window to our soul’. I study your iris as a clinical tool to analyse your unique markings which provides a map to your health.

I like to talk about your ‘nurture points’.

This iris has a beautiful sunflower yellowing around the pupil - this can indicate tendencies towards hayfever and seasonal allergies so we got started on some probiotics well before the spring season to help reduce symptoms along with a blend of homeopathic remedies!
