Professional Massage Therapist dedicated to long-term healing and vitality to restore alignment and balance.

With a diverse background in both the corporate world, massage therapy, and life experience, I bring a unique perspective and passion to my sessions, offering nurturing bespoke treatments to suit each client’s needs. Combining a suite of modalities and tools, I enable clients to physically and emotionally unblock tension and trauma, and create pathways to achieve a greater sense of alignment, balance, and calm. I work with a wide range of clients to treat and alleviate chronic pain, injury and side effects, reduce stress and anxiety, improve posture and alignment, flexibility, digestive and sleep issues, as well as those just looking to relax or who may need an emotional release from trauma or grief. Having personally seen and experienced first-hand the serious effect that stress and trauma can have on the body and the benefit that bodywork can provide, I believe massage is more than a luxury; it is a medical prevention and treatment tool that everyone should be able to integrate into their wellbeing routine. Releasing tension can be emotional and mental just as much as it is physical. Holding space for clients if they might be feeling vulnerable, integrating breath work and Swedish massage to get the body and mind in a state of relaxation to be more open and “ready” for the deeper work and change to occur; When we go through this process together, we can get to the root cause of your troubles rather than just providing temporary relief. My mission is to be able to provide massage as a free service for those truly in need through the aid of government grants, donations and corporate sponsorships, and in the meantime donate my time to provide free chair massage to the community at various pop-events. Donations accepted for those who would like to "pay it forward" and contribute to this mission. Today is a celebration of the strength, resilience and beauty of women everywhere.

Every day at Blissful Palms, I have the privilege of working with incredible women — mothers, carers, business owners, professionals, creatives, and women quietly carrying more than the world often sees.

So many of us are used to putting everyone else first. Today is a reminder that your wellbeing matters too. Your rest matters. Your body deserves care, kindness and time to recharge.

Massage is more than relaxation — it’s a moment to reconnect with yourself, to release stress, old patterns and to give your body the care it deserves.

Thank you Clifton Hill Primary School for an amazing fair! It was such a joy helping people unwind while raising funds for our local community. Together, we raised over $120k! 💛

✨ Blissful Palms Massage will be closed this Saturday, 22 November for a community give-back event ✨

I’ll be volunteering at the Clifton Hill Primary School Fair offering 10-minute chair massages for $20, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the school.

Supporting our local community is a core part of the Blissful Palms mission. I believe wellbeing should be accessible to everyone, and community events like this are a beautiful way to share the benefits of massage while giving back to the local neighbourhood that supports me and my small business.

It’s with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved dog, Lily.

Many of you met Lily over the years—welcoming her gentle presence as part of your visits to Blissful Palms. Whether she greeted you at the door, snoozed nearby, or simply offered quiet company, she had a way of making people feel calm, safe, and supported. She was more than my pet—she was my best friend, my shadow, my healer, and a part of this practice in the most heartfelt way.

I rescued Lily as a tiny pup while living in California, not long after my grandma passed away. But the truth is—she rescued me, too. From just 8 weeks old, she was by my side, even accompanying me to massage school. Healing has been part of her journey from the very beginning.
Lily travelled through life with me—from the US to Australia—through grief, change, love, and everything in between. She brought light to some of my darkest days and added so much joy to the best ones.

Her absence is deeply felt, and I know many of you will miss her too. Thank you for the kindness and love you’ve shown her over the years. I’m so grateful she was able to share in this healing space with all of you.

Rest peacefully, sweet Lily. You were so very loved.
